Always give your best consideration to any kid who grew up on a dairy farm, who was raised on a cattle ranch in Montana, played point guard, was an Army Ranger or who paid his own way through college.
Never hire anyone who uses the word “existential”, has a permanent, wears their sunglasses on their head, is not then currently reading a book or asks what kind of cell phone or computer you are going to give him.
